With the recent celebration of our Edgewater Manor 20 year Anniversary Gala we felt it would be rude not to share a sneak peek behind the scenes.
The Trajkovski family own Edgewater Manor, Hamilton and Terrace on the Green, Brampton. Both are regarded as renowned high end, superior quality fine dining steakhouses and seafood restaurants. What often surprise’s people is their fierce belief of giving back to those who have helped them to get there.
In our fast paced society, loyalty is usually overlooked once you get past chain restaurants. Once you step up into the category of fine dining, it seems you are on your own.
With so many options for steakhouses and seafood restaurants, it can be hard to veer away from what you know. Those of you who discovered our secret realise we offer better value for money when you look at quality checks.
Edgewater Manor has obviously been doing something right. We recently celebrated our 20 year anniversary, and in true Trajkovski style, they wanted to go over and beyond to say thank you.
Nestled on the shores of Lake Ontario in Stoney Creek, Hamilton, Edgewater Manor is an opulent 1920’s style mansion, reminiscent of the Great Gatsby era and oozing charm and sophistication. Operating in such luxurious surroundings, it meant we had to think of something equally as impressive when it came to our surprise anniversary celebrations.
We decided to throw a wonderful sit down gala dinner and invite some of our customers. Their loyal support of Edgewater Manor as both a fine dining restaurant and event space have really made a difference.
With the help of our executive chef and culinary team, we designed a signature menu for the evening. It showcased some of our renowned dishes such as Australian lamb, halibut, NY striploin, burata, scallops with bacon and champagne poached pears. It was a decadent spread and designed to touch and bring people together as food .and music often do.
The highlight of the evening was watching everyone mingle, enjoy the food and music and revel in the luxurious surroundings. One of the lucky attendees was Hamilton’s child piano prodigy Marcel Ward, whose family fled war torn Syria in 2012. Director of Operations, Peter Trajkovski , said “our family came to this country and made a difference. It was fitting to invite Marcel as he is new to the country and also making a big difference”.
After witnessing the success of the Edgewater Manor 20 year Anniversary gala, it has made Peter excited. Now he has to plan something equally as impressive for their 25 year anniversary! “Everyone instantly recognises Edgewater Manor as one of the premiere destinations as an event space for weddings or special events. Now however guests are starting to take advantage of our fine dining restaurant that operates Tuesday to Saturday. We are going from strength to strength”.
This is just the start and we thank you for playing a huge part in this wonderful journey. Friends are the family you choose. When you come and dine with us, we are your chosen family.
